United Voices, Real Climate Impact
Green Voices CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company led by and for ethnic minority communities across Wales, United Kingdom. We work where climate action meets equity, justice, resilience, and community power — through climate consultancy, grassroots engagement, sustainability initiatives, and net zero skills training.
To amplify diverse voices of ethnic minorities in climate action ensuring that climate solutions are inclusive, accessible, sustainable and led by those too often left out of the conversation.
A society where every community and individual, especially those too often left out, have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive inclusive, equitable, and sustainable climate action for a greener future
At Green Voices, we are guided by Equity, Inclusivity, Representation, Action, Sustainability, Justice, Community Power, Collaboration, and Volunteerism. We work to ensure no one is left behind, amplify unheard voices, and transform awareness into practical, community-led solutions. By partnering with government agencies, councils, educators, community organizations, youth, and grassroots leaders, we co-create lasting change—because when every voice is heard, our collective future is stronger.

Green Voices is a Community Interest Company led by and for ethnic minority communities across Wales. We focus on making climate action inclusive, accessible, and community-powered through education, eco-skills training, advocacy, and consultancy.
We work with local councils, schools, grassroots organisations, and funders. We also directly serve communities that are often underrepresented in climate initiatives, including ethnic minority families, young people, rural communities, and people with disabilities.
Wales is home to over 190,000 people from ethnic minority backgrounds, yet these groups are often excluded from climate initiatives and decision-making. Without their inclusion, Wales risks leaving communities behind — and falling short of Net Zero 2050.
We deliver Net Zero skills training, culturally relevant climate education, grassroots advocacy support, and consultancy for councils and funders who want to build inclusive climate programmes.
We provide consultancy, training, and community engagement support. Our lived experience means we understand the barriers — and know how to bridge the gap. Get in touch to book a meeting at greenvoicescymru@gmail.com.
Volunteers help us deliver workshops, run events, and amplify diverse voices online and offline. If you’d like to get involved, visit our Volunteer page or email us directly.
